Stakeholder interviews
Structured conversations across operations, finance, technology and the front line. We ask what the work costs in hours and errors, who owns it, and what has already been tried and quietly abandoned.
We sit with the people doing the work, audit the data behind it and map where AI removes cost or unlocks capacity.

output: three costed use cases, ranked by return and effort
Phase 01
Diagnosis is where a programme is won or lost. We spend the time with the people who run the process today, not only with leadership, and we look at the systems and data behind the work rather than the slide deck describing it.
Every candidate comes out costed. Where the evidence is too thin to decide, we say so and tell you what it would take to find out, rather than filling the gap with optimism.
What happens
Three workstreams, run in parallel, each with a fixed deliverable you can review.
Structured conversations across operations, finance, technology and the front line. We ask what the work costs in hours and errors, who owns it, and what has already been tried and quietly abandoned.
A review of the systems, records and documents each candidate depends on: whether the data exists, how current it is, who owns it, and what it would take to make it usable for a model.
Every candidate use case gets a cost, an expected return and a confidence level, then a ranking. The map names what to do first, what depends on what, and what to park.
