How we handle the details you send us
This notice covers the enquiry form on this website and nothing else. If you become a client, your engagement contract governs how we handle your data.
What we collect
Only what you type into the AI audit request form: your name, work email, company, company size, the topic you are asking about, your preferred timing, and your message. We also record the date the request was made.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange a call and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and there is no tracking advertising on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after twelve months. If we start working together, records move into the engagement and are retained under its terms.
Your choices
Write to hello@vossi.co.uk at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We will action a deletion request within thirty days.
