What it is

Evidence before budget.

Before you commit spend, you need evidence. The assessment is a bounded piece of work, usually two to three weeks, that tests where AI would change an outcome you already care about.

We look at process volumes, handling times, error rates, cost per transaction and the state of the data behind them. Where the numbers are not good enough to decide, we say so rather than dressing it up.

What we do

The work, item by item.

Each engagement covers the same four areas, weighted to where your risk and value actually sit.

01

Process teardown

We take the two or three processes carrying the most cost or friction and map them step by step, including the exceptions that usually break automation.

02

Data reality check

We confirm whether the data you need exists, who owns it, how current it is and what it would take to make it usable.

03

Costed options

Each option comes with a build cost, a run cost and the saving or revenue it should produce, so the comparison is like for like.

04

Clear recommendation

A written verdict on what to do first, what to postpone and what to drop, with the reasoning shown so you can challenge it.

How we implement

The steps, and what you get at each one.

Fixed deliverables, agreed durations and a decision point at the end of every step.

  1. 01

    Scope

    3 to 5 days

We agree the processes in scope, the questions to answer and the decision the assessment needs to support.

    Deliverables

    • Agreed scope note
    • Success measures
    • Access and interview plan
  2. 02

    Investigate

    1 to 2 weeks

Interviews, system walkthroughs and a sample of real work. We measure rather than estimate wherever the data allows.

    Deliverables

    • Process maps with volumes and times
    • Data readiness findings
    • Draft cost model
  3. 03

    Decide

    3 days

Findings are reviewed with your team, challenged, then turned into a recommendation with the assumptions attached.

    Deliverables

    • Ranked opportunity list
    • Costed business cases
    • Recommended first project
